Vantron has recently launched a comprehensive lineup of industrial computing solutions to meet the growing demands of edge computing. The new products include single board computers in M-ITX and 3.5” form factors, smart modules in SMARC and OSM (Open Standard) form factors, box PCs, industrial tablets, and Wi-Fi HaLow devices. VT-MITX-RPL X86-based Single Board Computer: The VT-MITX-RPL features an MITX form factor with a compact 170mm x 170mm footprint. It supports Intel’s 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen Core™ processors, delivering high performance for demanding applications. Equipped with PCIe 5.0, USB 3.0, DDR5 memory sockets, SATA 3.0, and M.2 slots, it offers exceptional expandability. The board also supports 2.5G Ethernet, optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and up to four independent displays via HDMI 2.0b, LVD/eDP, and DisplayPort 1.4a. It is ideal for high-performance gaming, edge AI processing, and industrial automation.

VT-SBC35-ADLN-N97 X86-based Single Board Computer: The VT-SBC35-ADLN-N97 is a 3.5-inch form factor board powered by the Intel® IOTG Alder Lake-N processor N97. It offers low power consumption and robust processing capabilities, making it suitable for embedded systems and IoT devices. The board delivers 4K video output via HDMI, DP, eDP, and LVDS with support for up to threee independent displays. It supports 2.5G Ethernet, optional 4G/5G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for IoT connectivity. In addition, it offers M.2 B-Key slots and additional headers for flexible expansion. It is compatible with Windows 10/11 IoT and Ubuntu 22.04, making it versatile for smart retail, HMIs, and commercial displays.

VT-SBC-3576-L ARM-based Single Board Computer: The VT-SBC35-3576-L is powered by an ARM octa-core processor, featuring high performance and low power consumption. It integrates an ARM Mali-G52 MC3 GPU for enhanced 2D/3D graphics acceleration and supports mainstream deep-learning frameworks. The board offers dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and optional 4G/5G cellular connectivity. It is ideal for applications such as smart retail, industrial HMIs, and network video recorders.

VT-SBC-3576-NT ARM-based Single Board Computer: The VT-SBC-3576-NT is equipped with an octa-core processor, offering high performance and low power consumption. It supports up to 8K video decoding and 4K video encoding, and includes a 6 TOPS NPU for AI applications. The board features a small footprint with multiple expansion interfaces, including MIPI DSI, Mini DP, Micro HDMI, USB, GPIO, and UART. It also provides a Gigabit Ethernet port and a Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 combo module, making it suitable for industrial applications, banking, automotive, and medical devices.

VT-SBC-SMARC-3576 SMARC Module: The VT-SBC-SMARC-3576 is a SMARC 2.1 form factor module powered by an ARM octa-core processor. It integrates a Mali-G52 MC2 3D GPU and a 6 TOPS NPU, supporting mainstream AI frameworks. The module offers dual RGMII Ethernet interfaces, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and rich I/O options. It is ideal for digital multimedia, smart retail, surveillance, and industrial HMI applications.

VT-SBC-SMARC-EKT SMARC Module: The VT-SBC-SMARC-EKT features a SMARC 2.1.1 form factor and is powered by the Intel® Elkhart Lake processor. It supports UHD Graphics for advanced graphics performance and offers rich configurable I/Os, including USB, UART, SPI, I2C, and PCIe. The module also provides dual MDI Ethernet interfaces and is suitable for smart factory automation, industrial control systems, medical devices, and edge computing platforms.

VOSM510 Open Standard Module: The VOSM510 is powered by the MediaTek MT8370 chipset, combining high-performance Cortex-A78 cores with power-efficient Cortex-A55 cores. It integrates a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and a 2.8 TOPS APU for AI applications. The module supports dual displays, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and is compliant with the Open Standard Module V1.1 standard. It is suitable for smart retail, edge AI, IoT gateways, and digital media applications.

VT-AGV-3588J AGV Controller: The VT-AGV-3588J is a dedicated AGV controller designed for automated guided vehicles. It features a large-capacity configuration of 16GB memory and 128GB storage, and is equipped with an STM32 series MCU for reliable control. The controller offers three Gigabit Ethernet ports, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.4 for stable network communication. It also includes rich interfaces for peripheral connections and runs on Ubuntu 22.04 with Codesys Runtime integration.

VT-HDBXT HDBaseT Extender Kit: The VT-HDBXT provides uncompressed, ultra-low-latency video and audio transmission over 100 meters via a single Cat5e/6/7 cable, making it ideal for reliable, long-distance AV distribution. The kit includes an HDBaseT transmitter and receiver. The transmitter features HDMI input (supporting 4K@30Hz 4:4:4), HDBaseT output, and RS232 for control system integration. The receiver provides HDBaseT input, HDMI output with EDID management, RS232 control port, professional audio I/Os, and multiple USB 2.0 ports for UVC cameras, HID devices, and storage media. The kit is highly suitable for medical imaging, surveillance systems, digital signage, conference rooms, home theaters, or large venues, ensuring a simple, clean, and efficient setup for all connectivity needs.

M05R1 5’’ Rugged Industrial Tablet: The M05R1 is a personal digital assistant (PDA), featuring a 5-inch HD IPS display and a multi-touch PCAP touchscreen. It is powered by a MediaTek octa-core processor and features a high-precision 1D/2D barcode scanner. The tablet supports LTE CAT 4, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity, and includes GNSS and NFC functionalities. It is IP65-rated and drop-tested for harsh environments.

M08R2 8” Rugged Industrial Tablet: The M08R2 is an 8-inch rugged industrial tablet with a HD IPS display and multi-touch PCAP touchscreen. It is powered by a MediaTek octa-core processor and includes a high-precision barcode scanner. The tablet supports LTE CAT 4, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity, and features GNSS and NFC functionalities. It is IP65-rated and drop-tested for reliability.

M12 12” General-Purpose Industrial Tablet: The M12 features a 12-inch LCD display and is powered by an Intel® Pentium® N4200 quad-core processor. It includes a 10-point PCAP touchscreen with QHD resolution and a 5000mAh battery for extended use. The tablet can be mounted on support arms and is designed for commercial and industrial applications.

VT-MOB-AH-8108 Wi-Fi HaLow Module: The VT-MOB-AH-8108 is an LGA packaged Wi-Fi HaLow module based on Morse Micro’s MM8108 SoC. It supports single-stream data rates up to 43.3 Mbps and offers USB 2.0 and SDIO 2.0/SPI interfaces. Compliant with the IEEE 802.11ah wireless networking protocol, the module features robust security and is ideal for IoT communication devices in industrial IoT, smart agriculture, and large-scale sensor networks.

VT-USB-AH-8108 Wi-Fi HaLow USB Dongle: The VT-USB-AH-8108 is a Wi-Fi HaLow USB dongle designed to add IEEE 802.11ah connectivity to IoT devices. It supports single-stream data rates up to 43.33 Mbps and offers comprehensive security features. The dongle is suitable for surveillance systems, smart utility meters, and industrial automation applications.
