HAP202 Wi-Fi HaLow Unit: Enabling Long-Range, Low-Power IoT Networks

Building on evolving market demands and as an upgrade to the previous HAP101 model, Vantron introduces the HAP202 Wi-Fi HaLow Unit, which delivers robust, long-range wireless connectivity for IoT deployments. Built on the Morse Micro MM6108 Wi-Fi HaLow chipset, the HAP202 is designed to support scalable, power-efficient networks across large and complex environments.
• Extended Range: Operating on the IEEE 802.11ah standard, the HAP202 achieves connectivity up to 1km. It provides the perfect balance of long-range penetration and high-speed throughput (up to 32.5Mbps at range).
• Dual-Band Versatility: Unlike standard gateways, it supports both sub-1GHz and 2.4GHz/5GHz bands, allowing for short-range speeds of up to 867Mbps.
• Optimized Management: The new dual Ethernet port configuration simplifies device management. Users no longer need to manually toggle between LAN and WAN connections, significantly streamlining network administration.
