Background
In the EV charger ecosystem, core components typically include the power conversion and transmission circuits, outdoor display monitors for information and user interaction, industrial PCs for multimedia control, switches and routers for data communication, and power switches for energy control. These components work together to ensure reliable operation of the charging station. Previously, the client sourced these devices from multiple vendors. While functional, this fragmented procurement approach posed significant challenges:
1. High difficulty in controlling overall costs
2. Inconsistent communication protocols and management interfaces across brands
3. Increased operational complexity and reduced stability and efficiency in centralized management.
The client sought a streamlined solution that could integrate multiple core devices while maintaining reliable operation and simplifying long-term management.

Solution
Vantron addressed this challenge with a fully integrated, end-to-end solution. Beyond the structural components and charging circuitry, Vantron delivered all core IoT devices as a unified solution package, significantly simplifying system integration and deployment. The solution included the following key components:
1. 55-inch Outdoor Large-Size Displays: The outdoor displays feature industrial-grade, high-brightness LCD panels, ensuring stable operation and excellent visibility in harsh outdoor environments. The units are rated up to IP66 for waterproof protection and incorporate advanced capacitive touch technology, enabling accurate touch input even when the screen surface is wet.
2. Multimedia Industrial PCs: Powered by the Intel® Elkhart Lake Celeron® J6425E processor, the industrial multimedia Box PCs support wide-temperature operation and offer dual HDMI outputs for flexible multimedia display configurations. A rich set of I/O interfaces enables seamless connection to peripheral devices and supports diverse application requirements.
3. Industrial Ethernet Switches: The industrial switches support plug-and-play deployment, with a wide input voltage range and extended operating temperature support. Designed for low power consumption and long service life, they provide reliable and stable network connectivity for industrial and outdoor environments.
4. Industrial Routers: The industrial routers feature dual SIM support with hotspot capability and multi-channel failover mechanisms to ensure continuous network availability. Equipped with five Ethernet ports supporting up to 1000 Mbps, they enable high-speed, reliable data transmission across the entire system.
Through comprehensive system-level integration, all devices were fully networked and capable of coordinated, collaborative operation. Leveraging the Vantron BlueSphere platform — including GWM and MDM — the customer achieved centralized remote monitoring, management, and maintenance of the entire deployment.

This integrated solution streamlined procurement, reduced overall system costs, and significantly improved operational efficiency and end-user experience, delivering a scalable and reliable foundation for long-term operation.
